“Becoming resilient in a changing world” (FREE session).
Course aim: To introduce participants to Resilience and ways that they can become more resilient and inspire them to consider different ways of overcoming life’s obstacles, stresses and challenges to enable them to live a fulfilling life.
The session will enable you to discuss the positive qualities of resilient people, inspiring you to develop a positive mindset. It will motivate you to improve your ability to cope with set- backs and help you to develop strategies, enabling you to adapt to change more effectively. This will also support you to improve your emotional and mental wellbeing.
