Their friendly group is a wonderful place for older people to enjoy activities and social opportunities in a welcoming environment in Quarry Bank.
They are open on Mondays and Tuesdays, and activities on offer include:
Exercise class – including armchair based for those who are less energetic
- Art class
- Sewing
- Knitting
- Line dancing
And most important of all, lots of opportunities to socialise and make new friends!
