Hours Available: Flexible
Purpose: To assist Midlands Air Ambulance Charity staff in a range of administrative duties.
Summary of Duties:
- Offering general support to staff members in the MAAC office.
- Assisting in record keeping and paperwork.
- Helping with mail shots and seasonal orders.
- Data Input.
- Assisting with phone calls, visitors and directing enquiries to appropriate staff.
This role provides a great opportunity for individuals who are able to follow procedures and work in a team and on their own initiative.
Proficient in the use of computers and IT in general.
Comfortable using the internet , sending emails and researching websites etc.
An ability to work with people in a flexible and efficient manner.
A desire to learn about the running of a charity office.
Full training and induction on all aspect of this role will be given.
