You’re not a mug are you? #chipintuesday #takethechallenge

17-4-25The world’s your saucer!

Sharing a cuppa is a great way to socialise, so why not make some time in your week to have a cup of tea with an elderly neighbour who may live on their own. Social isolation is a huge issue for many people and you could be the only person they see that week!

You could also think about helping with refreshments in a social group, day centre or at a fundraiser. Serving cuppas, washing up and most importantly have a chat with the people who come to the counter.

There are other social roles involving cuppas too, such as helping at your local hospital with the tea trolley on a ward.

So why not raise a toast even if it’s only tea
