VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR & EVENTS/ACTIVITIES DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
White House Cancer Support, a long established local charity situated in Cancer SupportDudley town centre, provides help and support to people suffering with cancer and those who care for them.

The charity is looking to recruit an individual who can work with a small staff team together with volunteers and who has the experience and ability to recruit, manage and support volunteers in order to aid all aspects of the charity.  Furthermore, the post holder will be instrumental in organising all activities including social and fundraising events.

The post would suit someone with experience of working with and managing volunteers, and who has good organisational skills.  The ability to organise and supervise, work within a team and demonstrate good interpersonal skills is essential for this position.  Salary starting at £22k.  Normal working hours are 35 hours per week, however, flexibility in the execution of when duties are carried out may be required.

SUPPORT & INFORMATION OFFICER
White House Cancer Support, a long established local charity situated in Dudley town centre, provides help and support to people suffering with cancer and those who care for them.

The charity is looking to recruit an individual who can work with a small staff team together with volunteers and who has the experience and ability to communicate support and information in various formats, including websites and all forms of social media, to those affected by cancer.

The post would suit someone who has knowledge of cancer and has experience of providing information both on a macro and micro level. Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. Salary starting at £22k. Normal working hours are 35 hours per week, however, flexibility in the execution of when duties are carried out may be required.
