is seeking to “spin out” from Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, with the aim of adopting a new and innovative approach to deliver services for the local area.
The cabinet of Dudley Council has agreed, in principle, to set up a Public Service Mutual with charitable status to deliver its Libraries, Archives and Adult Learning Services to a five year business plan.
You can find out more about the current Libraries Archives and Adult and Community Services service provision here: Dudley LAAL
This is an exciting opportunity to be in at the start of a new way of delivering services which embodies the idea of a community council with the potential for growth and the broadening of services it delivers.
