launch of the Dudley Domestic Abuse Partnership Single Point of Contact on Friday 26th February

chaddThe launch will take place at 11am – 12pm, at the Cedar Centre, St James House, Trinity Road, Dudley DY1 1JB

CHADD and Dudley Domestic Violence and Abuse Support Services have been working closely in partnership to develop a Single Point of Contact. The SPOC provides one entry point to a range of services offered by CHADD and Dudley Domestic Violence and Abuse Support Services. The joint mission and purpose for the collaboration is as follows:

“To increase the effectiveness of specialist domestic abuse service provision in Dudley by improving accessibility for victims, their families and professionals. By developing a Single Point of Contact for CHADD and SWA we aim to improve the efficiency and seamlessness of pathways through services with the overarching aim of improving responses for families experiencing domestic abuse. By working together and sharing resources we also hope to produce more positive outcomes for families.”

The SPOC has been developed in line with Safelives Standards and the West Midlands Domestic Violence and Abuse Standards.
