Talent Match Black Country is a flexible project, funded by the National Lottery through the BIG Lottery fund. The project is led by young people, with significant input from businesses. The project is working with 18-24 year olds facing barriers to progression and who have been ‘NEET’ for at least a year supporting them to move nearer and into employment. WVSC, the accountable body for the project is recruiting the following new post:
£17,000 pa 37 hours a week
(Post Funded until December 2018)
The post holder will be responsible for recording and processing Talent Match referrals, booking one to one interviews, group information sessions and follow up young person attendance as directed by the Relationship and Referral Coordinator. The post holder will also be required to input key young person documentation into the funders SNAP system in a timely manner ensuring records are maintained and reported to project funders within set timescales. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of administrative skills and excellent time management.
